Fall can be fickle – if the weather is wet and windy you can completely miss the color on the trees and the crackling leaves under your feet. It can sometimes feel as if summer transitioned into winter in one fell swoop. I am happy to report that the weather gods have aligned here in Copenhagen and have blessed us with a string of quintessential autumn days. It has been warm(ish) and dry and I am completely captivated by the color and beauty just outside our door.
I recently visited Dyrehaven (Deer Park) for the first time. While the girls were in school, Brett & I met in Klampenborg (just a short train ride away) and went for a walk in the woods. This forested park covers about 11 square kilometers and is home to about 2000 deer.
My camera is crammed with an abundance of photos and various out-n-about autumn activity – so more posts to come!
